The former LISCR FC midfielder is on the path towards his 6th club in five seasons, since he arrived in Europe back in 2019.
Liberian midfielder, Allen Njie is currently unattached having left Swiss Challenge League side, FC Vaduz after the expiration of his contract.
Nijie signed with the Liechtenstein club that plays in the Swiss League on 20 December 2023 – to begin in the second half of the season.
On 30 April this year, Vaduz announced that they would not extend the midfielder contract after it expires at the end of the season.
Nijie who has 20 international caps for Liberia, featured in 15 games for FC Vaduz, and received one red card, four yellow cards, and provided one assist.
The left-footed defensive midfielder arrived on a €9,000 deal from LISCR FC to Grasshoppers FC – In 2019. He went on to play 18 games, collecting 9 yellow cards and scored two goals.
FC Aarau signed the Liberia international in 2021, and he went on to played in 60 league games for the Swiss second tier club – receiving 19 yellow cards, scored two goals, and provided three assists.
The 24-year old shoot to limelight with Liberia’s Under-20 team in 2018 during a WAFU Zone A tournament held in Monrovia. He’s currently valued 250,000 Euros according to Transfermarkt.com.
