The Federation of International Basketball Association (FIBA) has qualified the country to participate in the 2024 3×3 African Nations Cup.
The event is billed to take place in Madagascar beginning November 28 to December 1, 2024 in both male and female categories.
Hosts Madagascar, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, Benin, Morocco, Comoros and Central African Republic are among countries expected to participate.
Others are: South Africa, Seychelles, Mauritania, Algeria and Rwanda.
This tournament will become Liberia second international competition since the rebranding of the Liberian Basketball.
Lineria just participated in the 2024 Afrobasket under-18 male and female championship held in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
