Senegalese side Aigles De La Medina are champions of the 2024 CAF women’s champions league wafu Zone A tournament.
Medina beat Liberian Champions, Determine Girls 2-1 and waited for Red Scorpions of Gambia to draw 0-0 against hosts, 𝗠𝗼𝗴𝗯𝘄𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝗤𝘂𝗲ens to win the tournament.
Determine Girls were on six points, while Medina had four points after three matches each.

Queens who had five points needed to have beaten Red Scorpions to be crowned as Champions on eight points.
Medina will represent WAFU Zone A at the CAF Women’s Champions League finals in South Africa.
In their debut appearance, Medina have automatically secured US$100,000.00 for winning the zonal tournament.
