DSTv Premier League, South Africa’s premier men’s professional soccer league will feature two youthful Liberian players this season.
Striker Emmanuel Sieh and midfielder Morris J.Konneh have signed for TS Galaxy for undisclosed fees.
The lads will become the first Liberian footballer to play in the PSL after Anthony Laffor who I’m years in South Africa playing at top level clubs, including Mamelodi Sundowns,Super Sports United and Jomo Cosmos.
Emmanuel Sieh last played for local league Champions Watanga Football club on a season loan deal from third league side, Real Muja FC .
The Liberia U-20 forward netted 18 goals which propelled Watanga FC to their second league title last season.
A product of grassroot program FC Garou, Morris Jegbay Konneh spent last season at Heaven Eleven also on loan.
He previously had a spell with Mighty Barrolle .
TS Galaxy finished sixth in the South African top flight last season with 44 points from 30 games and have already bolstered their squad with eight new signings including Sieh and Konneh.
