FC Fassell Chief Executive Officer, Cassell Anthony Kouh Sr. will not be in Accra, Ghana for the widely publicized AfroSports Summit 2024.
The two-day gathering of sports stakeholders and enthusiasts from across Africa and beyond is poised to kick off on July 17, 2024.
Liberia Football Association former Vice President for Operations mane is reportedly listed as one of the esteemed speakers, who organizers said could address this year’s forum.
But sources close to Mr. Kuoh have informed LIBSport24 that the FC Fassell founder and CEO will not be in Accra for the sports summit, which gets underway on Wednesday.
He didn’t state the reason, but LIBSport24 has garnered that FC Fassell will travel to Egypt this month for a three-week training camp.
The President of the LFA First Division outfit was expected to share his invaluable knowledge with attendees at the Summit in the area of sports development and networking.
Kuoh was also to partake in a thought-provoking panel discussion centered on “Match Fixing and Manipulation.”
The crucial dialogue according to organizers, is aimed to shed light on the challenges and solutions related to governance, integrity, and fair play in the sports arena.
The exchange of ideas during this segment would be enlightening and impactful in paving the pathway for a deeper understanding of sports management.
Participants set to grace the two-day gathering includes representatives from federations, clubs, athletes, coaches, media personalities, businesses, academia, and a myriad of other stakeholders.
